The pipeline conveys wastewater from Nogales and Rio Rico\, Arizona\, and Nogales\, Sonora\, over a length of 9.9 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border to the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico. \nAndres Rangel\, Associate Director of the North America Development Bank\, discussed updates to the Estadio Pump Station project.
