The Environmental Workgroup of Minute 323 oversees the planning of the restoration projects and the monitoring of the Colorado River Delta insofar that these efforts comply with the Minute. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Universities, and state and federal agencies collaborate to optimize efforts and funding, both of habitat restoration, but also monitoring of the resources. These resources include hydrology (surface and ground water), vegetation, wildlife (primarily birds), and how these resources come together. NGOs are contracted as restoration experts Below are links to individual reports produced detailing various aspects of the implementation of the effects of Minute activities.
