The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has installed 17 continuous water quality monitoring (CWQM) stations throughout the Rio Grande Basin. The equipment collects data on temperature, conductivity, pH, and dissolved oxygen on a continuous timeline. These stations provide valuable information about the health of the watershed during the time gaps when water quality grab samples are not taken. For more information, visit the TCEQ CWQM Program website.
