
The USIBWC Adopt-a-River Program promotes a litter-free Rio Grande in the Las Cruces and El Paso areas of the Rio Grande Basin. Community groups adopt sections of the river and agree to conduct several cleanups per year. USIBWC will dispose of trash and also post signs acknowledging the community group.
